Now into May, we are deep into our Spring market, and the warmer weather brings with it an abundance of new listings, as well as new buyers. Things are moving contrary to media pessimism. It is a buyer's market, with the higher priced homes coming down to more affordable levels. Financing is also extremely attractive right now, with mortgage rates at all time lows.
