First and foremost I would like to thank all our loyal customers for such a great 2009! The Eric Van Grootheest Team made the top 1% of Royal LePage agents in Canada, and we couldn't have done it without you! Last year as a thank you we hosted the Family Day Skate. The turnout was so good, and we had so much fun that we decided to make it an annual event! This year we will be providing hot dogs, donuts, and hot chocolate. So mark your calendars and come out for some family fun on Monday, February 15, 2010 from 11-1 at the Fergus Arena. On another note, 2010 is already promising to be a great year full of surprises and opportunities! Several great new listings have been added to the market, as well as a loads of new buyers, so it looks like this year is going to be very exciting. Mortgage rates saw their record lows in 2009, and as all good things must come to an end, at the end of the year they started to creep up again. However, they are still VERY reasonable, so if you plan to buy, there is never any better time than the present! Please keep in mind that we are never too busy for your referrals, and we will work hard for you to make your move as effortless as possible.
